Shipping & Processing

Please allow up to 3 business days (Monday - Friday) for orders to be processed before they ship.

Domestic Shipping

° Standard Shipping: 2 to 7 business days (Monday-Friday) once processed.
° Expedited Shipping: 2 business days (Monday-Friday) once processed.

International Shipping

° Carrier: FedEx International Connect Plus
° Shipping Terms: Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
° Canada: 2–4 business days after processing
° United Kingdom: 3–6 business days after processing
° Select European Countries: 3–7 business days after processing
Available to: Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Austria, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Poland, Norway, and Switzerland.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in your order total.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes + Lux Unfiltered, Inc. to import the goods on his/her behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees + Lux Unfiltered, Inc. may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his/her behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

For a smooth delivery, you may wish to familiarize yourself with local customs guidelines, though all duties and taxes are already included in your order for a hassle-free experience.

RETURNS

We understand there may be occasions where you order items in error. That is why we offer a 14 day return policy, so if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it, unopened (including that little silver seal, perforated shrink band, and any sticker seal), in its original condition, within 14 days of the date you received it and receive a refund.

Any refund does not include the shipping charged for sending the item(s) to you, or return shipping costs. We recommend shipping your return with tracking to ensure it makes it back to us, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund on your item(s).
