Refund policy

We understand there may be occasions where you wish to make a return. That is why we offer a 14 day return policy. If the product you wish to return has not been opened and is in original condition (including any clear perforated shrink band or silver seal) you are eligible to receive a refund to your original form of payment. Otherwise, if the product you wish to return has been opened and/or used, we are happy to offer store credit. Any refund does not include the shipping charged for sending the item(s) to you.

To make a return please fill out the return form, use the return label provided by customer service, and return the items securely packaged with a copy of your packing slip to the following address:
