PRIVACY POLICY

+ Lux Unfiltered, Inc. (“we” or “us”) is committed to privacy and will only use the personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that you provide in accordance with the terms outlined below.

This Privacy Policy covers any Personal Information we obtain when you visit our website, use our services, or access the features on any websites that we own or control (today or in the future), including www.luxunfiltered.com (collectively, the “Site”). You can access the Site in many ways, including from a computer or mobile phone, and this Privacy Policy will apply regardless of the means of access.

This Privacy Policy also governs the use of Personal Information we obtain from you from any third party site or application where we post content or invite your feedback or participation, including, but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. We cannot control the privacy policies or practices of websites or of companies that we do not own or control, and cannot control the actions of people we do not employ or manage.
 
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. We share your Personal Information in the following general ways:

•    Service Providers. These service providers are authorized to use your Personal Information only as necessary to provide services to us and are contractually obligated to protect it.

•    Advertising and Analytics Partners.
