A. Hi, I’m Stephie! I’m 37 and the founder and jewelry designer at Lili Claspe Jewelry. I’ve been in the industry for over 13 years, and I’m best known for my creative photoshoots that really showcase the brand’s vibe. I love crafting unique pieces that tell a story and reflect personal style. When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me mood boarding new ideas or connecting with other artists.
Q. How do you maintain your tan while working full time + being a mom of 3
A. Maintaining my tan while juggling a full-time job that requires travel and being a mom of three can definitely be a challenge, but I’ve found some tricks that work for me! I try to make the most of any sunny moments—whether that’s spending time outside with my kids or grabbing a quick break in the sun during the day. I also love using a good self-tanner for those busy weeks when I can’t get outside as much. It gives me that sun-kissed glow without the extra sun exposure!
Q. What are your favorite ways to find time for yourself outside of being a boss & mom?
A. Finding time for myself outside of being a boss and a mom can be a bit tricky since I work a lot, but I’ve found some little ways to carve out that time. I really enjoy catching up with a friend while I’m driving from one meeting to the next; it feels like a nice break. I also love having dinner with girlfriends whenever I can—it’s a great way to unwind. And listening to a good podcast while I drive is another favorite. It helps me relax and recharge, even on busy days!

A. Maintaining work-life balance can feel almost impossible at times, especially with so many demands on my plate. Something I’ve found helpful is setting clear boundaries between work and personal time. Even as CEO, I still put in time-off requests, and my team respects my away status on Slack. It’s all about prioritizing what truly matters and making sure I’m fully present, both at work and at home.
Q. Any advice to the traditional 9-5 girls on how to maintain their self-care routine?
A. My biggest piece of advice is to prioritize small moments throughout the day. As a designer, mom, and CEO, I know how hectic life can get! I recommend scheduling short breaks to do something just for yourself—whether it’s a quick walk, a coffee run, or enjoying a favorite podcast.
Establishing a morning or evening ritual can also help set the tone for your day or assist in winding down. This could be as simple as a skincare routine, journaling, or reading a few pages of a book. Remember, self-care doesn’t have to be a big event; even a few minutes here and there can make a significant difference. Lastly, don’t hesitate to ask for help when you need it—finding support from friends or family can really free up time for those essential self-care moments.
