Q. Tell us about yourself
A. I’m Remy Kam, founder of Kore by Remy, a personal trainer, and Pilates instructor. I’m based in San Diego but originally from Los Angeles. Kore blends group fitness energy with personal training precision. After nearly a decade in fitness and working in marketing, I now run my own digital fitness app, train clients, and host events. Movement has always been my anchor, helping me feel strong, safe, and connected.
Q. How do you maintain your tan while working full time?
